This blog was created just for fun. It's a fun way to keep track of the successful dinners I've made. It's also a great way to share dinner ideas with the friends who usually ask me what I'm making for dinner. (Of course I do the same to them.) I am not an amazing cook, but so what? Here's what I'm having for dinner, in case you wanted to know.

Easy Baked Salmon Teriyaki

Tonight on his way home from work, Yos picked up two giant salmon fillets from Hungarian. He slathered them with some yummy sauce (just use your favorite kind) and put 'em in the toaster oven for 30 min at 350. They came out AMAZING!
I made some mashed potatoes and then steamed some french style green beans in a skillet with a bit of olive oil and butter. I seasoned the beans and added some slivered almonds.
It was a great meal :)

Mmmm Tuna Melts

Again, I used my panini press to make these. (If you like open-faced sandwiches then use a toaster oven.) used Hunger Filler Manitowac Ovens bread and albacore tuna. One can is plenty for two people. I sprinkled some oregano and crushed red pepper flakes on the tuna and topped with a slice of mozz. For a side, we had our usual salad.
