Satay Chicken


SATAY CHICKEN

Saute:
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp curry powder, optional

Add 5 chicken breasts cut in strips. When chicken is white, add:
2 tbsp honey
7 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup water

Cook, stirring until thick, 10 minutes.

Serve on bed of basmati rice.
Top with spring onions and cashews (optional).

Feel Like Chicken Tonight

Baked Chicken Cutlets



3 cloves of garlic minced, 1 TB oil, 1/2 cup apricot preserve, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup water, 2 TB onion soup mix..

1.  Cut the chicken into peices and cook the chicken and garlic in oil until brown.
2. combine the rest and baked uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes
