This blog was created just for fun. It's a fun way to keep track of the successful dinners I've made. Tomato Cream Alfredo with Spinach Chive Linguine and Baby Spinach Salad

Tonight we tried the Spinach Chive Linguine from Trader Joe's. It was great! I made the sauce below from allrecipes.com and added some Barilla Roasted Garlic Marinara sauce to create the tomato cream sauce. The salad was baby spinach topped with avacado, tomoato, and a balsalmic vinagrette.
