Tonight we tried the Spinach Chive Linguine from Trader Joe's. It was great! I made the sauce below from allrecipes.com and added some Barilla Roasted Garlic Marinara sauce to create the tomato cream sauce. The salad was baby spinach topped with avacado, tomoato, and a balsalmic vinagrette.

This blog was created just for fun. It's a fun way to keep track of the successful dinners I've made. It's also a great way to share dinner ideas with the friends who usually ask me what I'm making for dinner. (Of course I do the same to them.) I am not an amazing cook, but so what?
